What happens in a new round

When a round ends, the databases are cleared and the player data is deleted. You have to sign up again for the next one.

Your account

Your old login is gone. Rank, money, bullets, cars, property, crews, missions and messages are deleted with it. Register stays closed until the new round starts. The date is on the homepage.

Points and VIP

Points and VIP bought in the 3 months before the reset date can be retrieved on the new account. Anything bought before those 3 months is deleted with the rest of the data. Times are UK.

Sign up, log in, then open Points and hit Retrieve. Put in the email and password from the old account. If you paid with Google, log in with that Google email and use Retrieve with Google.

It goes onto whichever account you are logged into, so the username can be a new one. You can only retrieve it once.

Missing a purchase

If something you bought in those 3 months is not there, use the contact page and send the email plus roughly when you bought it.
