Welcome to Ultimate Assassins! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, application, and service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; we will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service, and your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

1. Points Purchases

Points ("Currency") purchased or earned in Ultimate Assassins are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital content or features exclusively within the Service. Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services outside the Service. By purchasing or using Points, you acknowledge that you are consuming digital content immediately and expressly consent to waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive. All purchases of Currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Currency may be forfeited if your account is inactive (no login or engagement for 12 months) or terminated due to a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Currency system, including item availability or Currency value, at any time with reasonable notice.

2. VIP Membership Purchases

Ultimate Assassins may offer VIP memberships providing enhanced features or benefits ("VIP Membership"). By purchasing a VIP Membership, you agree to the specified price and payment frequency (e.g., monthly, annually). If your VIP Membership is a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each renewal period until you cancel. You have a statutory right to cancel your VIP Membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, provided you have not used the VIP benefits (or you may be charged for benefits used). To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account settings within the Service or contact us at [email protected]. Cancellations will be processed within 7 business days, and recurring charges will cease at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days. We reserve the right to change VIP Membership benefits or pricing upon reasonable notice; your continued subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance.

3. General Use

You are responsible for your account's security and all activities under it. If you delete your account, we will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scripts) to access or manipulate the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service's functionality.

We may terminate your account for breaching these Terms, with prior notice via email or the Service, unless immediate termination is necessary to prevent harm or legal violations. Upon termination, any unused Points or VIP Membership benefits will be forfeited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service (excluding your contributions) belongs to Ultimate Assassins or its licensors. By submitting content to the Service (e.g., profile information, in-game creations), you grant Ultimate Assassins a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content but acknowledge that we are not obligated to store or return it.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

We provide the Service as it is, and we cannot guarantee it will always work perfectly or meet all your expectations, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Assassins is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including any issues related to purchases, except where explicitly stated by law. We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where EU consumer law requires otherwise for EU residents.
